Know Before You Visit
Our clinic policies are here to help every visit go smoothly — for you and for all our patients.

For patients without a valid OHIP Health Card or Out-Of-Province Quebec residents, a minimum $100+ medical visit fee is required to be paid prior to being assessed by a doctor. The fee is refundable within 60 days of the medical visit only when you present both a valid OHIP Health Card for the date the visit was conducted and the original receipt.
Out-of-Country Residents
Out-of-country residents will be charged a minimum of $200+ non-refundable fee per medical visit.
Uninsured Services
Non-OHIP & Uninsured Services
There are several services that are not covered by OHIP — for example: sick or doctor notes, travel advice, various medical forms, etc. Please speak with one of our staff for additional information.
